The Story Behind Flourish Networking
In April 2025, Hunter Glassie was listening to "How to be a Super Connector" when a frustrating realization hit: there was no great way to store the mental load of networking.
As someone with ADHD, Hunter struggled to remember all the little details that make networking meaningful—birthdays, conversation topics, follow-up tasks, mutual connections. The cognitive burden was overwhelming.
"Now I don't have to remember it all because I finally have a space where we can store it all."
That's why Flourish exists: to give everyone—regardless of their memory or cognitive style—the tool and system they need to be successful in networking. Because building relationships shouldn't require a perfect memory.
